In this appeal concerning child visitation, the mother complains of the trial court's refusal to invoke the provisions of the Post-Separation Family Violence Relief Act, La. R.S. 9:361, et seq., because it deemed that the father's abuse against the child was not severe enough and that the stepmother, the more seriously injured victim of the father's abuse, was not covered under the act.
