Defendant appeals as of right from his convictions, following a jury trial, of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(a) (sexual penetration with victim under thirteen years of age). The trial court subsequently sentenced defendant as an habitual offender, second offense, M.C.L. § 769.10, to three consecutive sentences of life imprisonment. We affirm defendant's convictions, but remand for correction...
