ANNUNZIATA, Judge.

The appellant, Kenneth gay Lowe, appeals his conviction in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County for manufacturing marijuana, in violation of Code § 18.2-248.1.1 Lowe contends the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. We agree, and reverse.
