In this personal injury lawsuit, after trial, the jury found that both the property owner and the lessee-employer were negligent, and also found that the plaintiff was not negligent, but failed to award any damages. The trial court thereafter granted plaintiff's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, assigned sixty percent liability to the property owner, forty percent liability to the lessee-employer, awarded damages, and ordered the workers...
