The Plaintiff, Ronald B. Colson, Jr. (II), appeals the trial court's dismissal of his claim against the City of Pineville (the City), pursuant to the City's motion for summary judgment.

Ronald Colson, Jr. (II) was one of a group of young men who began fighting in Kelso Park in Pineville. They were told to leave by Carl Hall, a City employee. A short time later, the two groups began fighting again, this time in the street outside the park...
