A jury found appellant Keith Reece guilty of one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.344, subd. 1(c) (2000). Based on his criminal history score of four, his presumptive sentence under the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines was an executed term of between 84 and 92 months in prison.
