Kenneth Wicker,1 an employee of Formosa Plastics at its plant in Baton Rouge, sustained injuries causing his death while he was prepping a leaking pipe for repair. Harmony Corporation, appellee herein, had a maintenance contract with Formosa and was responsible for repairing the leaking pipe.
