STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On May 31, 1995 the State filed a bill of information charging the defendant with possession of 28 to 200 grams of cocaine. On June 12, 1995 he pleaded not guilty. On June 30, 1995 a motion hearing was held, and the trial court denied the motion to suppress the evidence on July 17, 1995. The defendant filed a writ application in this Court, which was denied with the notation that the defendant had an adequate
