¶ 1 Vincent Friia, Jr., (Vincent) appeals the trial court's order denying his Motion to Enforce Settlement. Vincent contends that the court erred in its interpretation of the parties' settlement agreement requiring payment of certain costs out of proceeds from the sale of real property prior to distribution of the proceeds remaining.
