This case arises out of a petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to the provisions of Maryland Code (1958, 1996 Repl.Vol., 2000 Supp.) Article 27, §§ 645A-645J, the Post Conviction Procedure Act. Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Talbot County on January 16, 1979, Petitioner was convicted of two counts of robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, common law burglary, conspiracy...
