In this workers' compensation case, claimant/appellant, Raymond O. Zeringue, appeals a summary judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation (hereinafter "the OWC") on December 30, 1999, in favor of his employer, defendant Karl Ott Poles & Pilings.
