A jury found Eduardo Giraudy guilty of two counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of selling cocaine.1 On appeal, Giraudy asserts that his due process rights were violated by the State's destruction of certain audiotapes and the trial court's failure to properly instruct the jury on the use of similar transaction evidence.
