David K. Kalan appeals the denial of his motion for relief from judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(5) and (6). We do not reach the merits of this appeal because we lack jurisdiction.

In December 1992 Kalan sued the City of St. Francis, Wisconsin, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that the City had violated his civil rights as a result of its conduct in two separate state court actions the City had commenced against Kalan....
