In Docket No. 218182, plaintiff Terry J. McKane, a former mayor of the city of Lansing, appeals as of right the order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition. In Docket No. 218582, plaintiff James D. Blair, a former city clerk of the city of Lansing, appeals as of right the order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition. We affirm.
