MATHIAS, Judge.

Brandon C. Williams ("Williams") was convicted of assisting a criminal,1 a Class C felony, in St. Joseph Superior Court. The trial court sentenced him to eight years and gave him pre-sentence jail credit of 487 days. The sentence was then suspended, and Williams was placed on probation for eight years.
