Wayne Rush Meadows appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, of two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.1 The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in allowing the Commonwealth to admit testimony of an oral statement given by appellant to investigators, even though the statement had not been provided in written form to appellant during pretrial discovery.
