¶ 1. Zachary L. Harrington and Manrese Anthony Long were convicted in the DeSoto County Circuit Court of conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon, robbery with a deadly weapon, and manslaughter, as a lesser-included offense of murder, for which they had been indicted. The jury was unable to agree on a sentence, and the court sentenced each defendant to serve twenty years for manslaughter...
