The primary issues we confront in this appeal from a judgment and sentence for kidnapping and sexual abuse is whether the district court erred at trial in admitting rebuttal evidence that an investigating officer failed to disclose to the defendant during a deposition, and in admitting evidence of a DNA match between the defendant's DNA and the crime-scene DNA together with a random match probability of one in 431 billion.
