In this out-of-time appeal, the defendant, Ronald W. Norman, appeals his convictions and sentences for felony theft, illegal possession of stolen things, and conspiracy to commit felony theft. On each count, the defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $500.00 and to serve a five-year sentence at hard labor.
