The respondent, Mark M. Tomaino (Tomaino), has been found to have violated Rule 8.4(c) of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) by engaging "in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation." He has also been found to have violated a medley of rules and statutes concerned with protecting trust funds.
