PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals by leave granted from an order of the trial court denying his motion for a new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

In June 1994, following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of delivery of less than fifty grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(1),(2)(a)(iv), and possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine...
