Plaintiff Jo Ann Naumoff is the mother of Jon Peter Vlachos, a former inmate of the Wabaunsee County jail who committed suicide while incarcerated at the jail. At the time of Mr. Vlachos's suicide, Defendant Richard Old was the sheriff of Wabaunsee County. Plaintiff claims that her son's suicide was the direct result of Defendant's deliberate indifference to her son's rights, health, safety, and life...
