Defendant appeals her conviction of common law burglary and first degree murder. We find no reversible error in the proceedings below.

The evidence presented at trial tended to show the following: in the fall of 1996, the 30-year old defendant went regularly to the home of 84-year old Mildred Carter (Carter).
