Appellant-plaintiff E & L Rental Equipment, Inc. (E & L) appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of appellees-defendants Wade Construction, Inc., and James Wade, the President of Wade Construction, Inc., (collectively "Wade Construction"). E & L claims that the trial court erred in finding that a barter agreement governed by common law existed between E & L and Wade Construction, rather than a sales and lease agreement...
