Lehman (Lehman) seeks review of an October 2, 2001, order of the Office of Attorney General (OAG), that denied Lehman's request for relief from the Pennsylvania State Police's (PSP) denial of Lehman's application to purchase a firearm, pursuant to Section 922(g) of the Federal Gun Control Act (GCA), 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)1.
