This case is on appeal from the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel ("BAP"). We consider first whether the BAP erred in determining that a conversion from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 — before a Chapter 13 plan was approved — was a final, immediately appealable order such that an appeal subsequent to approval of the Chapter 13 plan is untimely.
