On appeal, Ms. Cynthia Hebert asserts that the trial court erred in granting Bell-South Telecommunications, Inc.'s (Bell-South) motion for directed verdict. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.

FACTS

This suit arose out of an accident which happened on October 4, 1996. The accident took place on Louisiana Highway 14, commonly referred to as the Abbeville By-Pass, 230 feet east of its intersection with John Hardy Drive...
