Lucy W. Wrenn and Verlie W. Barker (collectively "caveators") appeal the entry of judgment in favor of respondent, Oma W. Holyfield ("respondent"). We affirm the trial court's initial grant of summary judgment in favor of respondent, reserving the issue of devisavit vel non.
