Plaintiff, Yasuko Ishikawa, brings this action against LabOne and Delta Air Lines, alleging claims for defamation, negligence, misrepresentation, and wrongful discharge. Defendant LabOne moves for summary judgment against each of plaintiff's claims against LabOne, and defendant Delta Air Lines (Delta) moves for summary judgment against each of plaintiff's claims against Delta.
