MARKMAN, J.

The Judicial Tenure Commission (JTC) has recommended that we suspend respondent, 37th District Court Judge Susan R. Chrzanowski, for twelve months without pay for misconduct in the performance of her judicial duties. Respondent has filed a petition to reject this recommendation. We affirm the JTC's findings, and conclude that the JTC's recommendation of a one-year suspension of respondent is a reasonable one...
