PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Larry Scruggs, appeals his judgments of conviction for possession of cocaine and driving while license revoked. We reverse.

On February 27, 2000, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Officer Carmen Mattox of the North Palm Beach Police Department saw a Cadillac on U .S. 1.
