Two fishermen tragically died at sea. The third member of the crew fortunately survived. The estates of the decedents, Jason Palmore and Clifford Stanley, filed wrongful death actions and the survivor, Mark Mekelberg, filed a personal injury action against the Appellants who were the owners of the doomed vessel.
