MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VanBEBBER, Senior District Judge.

This case is before the court on defendants' motion to reconsider (Doc. 52). Defendants ask the court to reconsider a portion of its Memorandum and Order denying summary judgment (Doc. 51). Specifically, defendants maintain that the court erred in concluding that a genuine issue of material fact existed as to whether plaintiff failed to exhaust his remedies with the EEOC in a timely manner.
