Defendant, Derick Furlow, pled guilty to possession of cocaine reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). The trial court imposed an agreed three-year sentence with credit for time served and the balance suspended and directed defendant to pay costs with jail time in default of payment.
