Dennis Taylor filed suit against his employer David's Supermarkets, Inc. ("David's") for damages he sustained from work-related injuries. David's filed a motion to compel arbitration of Taylor's claims pursuant to the company's dispute resolution plan. Respondent, the Honorable F.B. McGregor, Jr., Judge of the 66th District Court of Hill County, denied the motion. David's seeks a writ of mandamus from this Court compelling Respondent...
