Plaintiffs Chad M. Adkins and Julie A. Rasmussen assert age and length-of-service discrimination and other claims against their former employer, Defendant U S WEST Communications, Inc. ("U S WEST"), in connection with their discharge from the company. U S WEST filed separate motions for summary judgment against each Plaintiff on all claims.
