After sustaining injuries in a car accident, the appellants (collectively "the Romos") filed suit in Illinois state court against Gulf Stream Coach and Monogram Conversions ("Gulf Stream"). Gulf Stream removed the case to federal court and then filed a motion to dismiss. In the motion, it maintained that the Romos did not serve process within 120 days of filing the complaint, as required by Fed.R.Civ...
