We grant petitioner, Albertson's, Inc. petition for writ of certiorari and quash the stay order.

Through attorney Eric Bruning, Carole Ann Neil filed a premises liability complaint against petitioner/defendant Albertson's, Inc. Neil through counsel voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit.
