[¶ 1] John C. Henderson appeals from the summary judgment of the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) in favor of David B. Stitham, declaring that Henderson is not the biological father of the minor child K.M.H. and declaring that Stitham is the child's biological father.
