Jonathan Heil ("juvenile") appeals from an order adjudicating him delinquent within the meaning of section 7A-517(12) of the North Carolina General Statutes1 and a dispositional order placing him on probation and ordering him to make restitution. For the reasons herein stated, we affirm the adjudication of delinquency but reverse the trial court's dispositional order and remand for reconsideration of the restitution...
