The district court denied appellant-physician's motion for summary judgment and ruled that Minn.Stat. § 541.076 (2000) revived respondent's time-barred claim. Appellant challenges the district court's ruling, arguing that the Minnesota Legislature did not intend Minn.Stat. § 541.076 to revive claims that were time-barred by the previous statute of limitations.
