William Sprenger filed suit against his employer, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (the "Bank"), alleging age discrimination, disability discrimination, and retaliation. The district court2 granted the Bank's motion for summary judgment on all claims. Sprenger appeals, and we affirm.
