On October 19, 1998, Randall Gunn, individually and on behalf of his minor children, and his wife Tammy Gunn, filed suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident on April 1, 1998. Gunn sought general damages plus past and future medicals and wages, and loss of earning capacity. His wife and children sought loss of consortium.
