Rose Dove Egle, suing as the judicially appointed tutrix on behalf of her three minor children, appeals a judgment which granted an exception of prescription in favor of a defendant, Glenn P. Dauterive. Ms. Egle claims that the trial court erred in finding, on the facts alleged in the petitions and evidence produced at the hearing of the exception, that Dauterive was not solidarily liable with a timely sued original tortfeasor.
