Madison River Terminal, Inc. sued Keith Murdock and Waylon Murdock on a judgment of the Vigo Superior Court of the State of Indiana. After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court entered a judgment for Madison River. The Murdocks appeal from the order denying their motion for a new trial.
