In this prosecution for molestation of a juvenile and oral sexual battery, the State seeks to introduce evidence of the defendant's prior acquittals in an earlier prosecution involving different alleged victims. Following an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied the State's motion to introduce the evidence of the prior acquittals. The first circuit denied the State's application for writs. State v.
