Stephen S. Weldon and his parents, Joe H. Weldon and Bernella S. Weldon (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Weldons"), appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of Bernice Cotney in Cotney's action against the Weldons.1 We vacate the summary judgment in part, reverse it in part, and remand.

This dispute arises out of the execution by Cotney of two warranty deeds to property in Tallapoosa County...
