DOS SANTOS v. CARLSON

No. 3D00-201.

806 So.2d 534 (2001)

Ademir DOS SANTOS, Appellant, v. Alexander CARLSON, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

November 14, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Kubicki Draper and Caryn L. Bellus, Miami, for appellant.

Julio V. Arango, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and FLETCHER and RAMIREZ, JJ.

SCHWARTZ, Chief Judge.

Rejecting the appellant defendant's primary point on appeal, we find no abuse of discretion in excluding the defendant's expert radiologist because of the violation of the provision of the pre-trial order, which trumps Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.280(e),1 that the "parties produce all information as provided by Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.280(b)(4)(A)."
