William H. Wrigley appeals from his conviction on one count of driving without a license on his person and one count of driving under the influence. We affirm.

In the early hours of May 8, 1998, the Motorcycle Squad of the City of Atlanta Police Department set up a roadblock on Buford Highway as a part of "Operation Street Sweep." At around midnight, Wrigley's car stopped at the roadblock, where he was approached by Officer David Curtis...
