Defendant, Charles H. Jacobs, appeals from the sentence imposed following remand from this court's determination on a prior appeal. On that appeal we vacated defendant's sentence and remanded for resentencing. State v. Jacobs, 607 N.W.2d 679 (Iowa 2000).
